Place flowers in a cool & dry environment
Humidity levels best between 40%-60%, temperature best below 35°C
If flowers are wet/damp, place in an air-conditioned area overnight. It will return to its normal state in 4-8 hours.
An air dehumidifier works excellently for above cases

How long will the flowers last?

Fresh flowers typically last 5-7 days with proper care. Trim stems at an angle every 2 days, change water daily, and keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and ripe fruit.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Same-day delivery is available within Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley with daily cutoffs: 5pm Mon-Fri, 1pm Sat, 1pm Sun.

Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?

Yes. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We accept orders up to 365 days in advance. Time slots are offered where available (10am-2pm, 2pm-6pm, 5pm-8pm).

Can I substitute flowers if some are unavailable?

We guarantee the overall look, style and value. If a specific bloom is unavailable due to seasonal supply, our florists will substitute with a flower of equal or greater value in a similar colour and character.
