Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with 50Gram. This Shipping Policy outlines how we deliver your orders, our delivery areas, fees, cut-off times, and what to expect from our service.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to areas within the Klang Valley, including:

Kuala Lumpur (KL)
Petaling Jaya (PJ)
Putrajaya
Cyberjaya
Klang
Surrounding areas within Selangor

If your postcode falls outside our delivery zone, our system will notify you at checkout. For bulk or corporate orders to areas outside the Klang Valley, please contact us via WhatsApp at 018-2618219.

Delivery Fees

Free delivery is available for most areas within KL and PJ.
A standard delivery fee of RM20 applies to Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Klang, and selected outer areas.
The exact delivery fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your shipping address and postcode.

Same-Day Delivery & Order Cut-Off Times

We offer same-day delivery if your order is placed before the following cut-off times:

Monday – Friday	5:00 PM
Saturday	1:00 PM
Sunday	12:00 PM

Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Delivery Time Slots

You may select one of the following time slots at checkout:

10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Time slots may vary during peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas.

How We Deliver

Our deliveries are handled by trusted dispatch partners on motorbikes to ensure quick and safe arrival. Please note that deliveries may be slightly delayed during unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rain, traffic, or peak season volume. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated.

Delivery to Offices & Guarded Premises

For buildings with security checkpoints or strict access policies (offices, condominiums, gated communities), our dispatcher may be required to leave the package at the guardhouse, lobby, or reception. While we will always try to hand the order directly to the recipient, access is ultimately subject to the building's rules.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive notifications via:

You will be notified when the order is out for delivery and again upon successful delivery.

Self Pick-Up

If you prefer to collect your order in person, select Self Pick-Up at checkout and choose your preferred date.

Pick-up hours:

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Public Holidays: Closed

Peak Season Orders

During peak periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.), we strongly recommend placing your order at least 4 days in advance to avoid sold-out items and secure your preferred delivery slot. Customised bouquets should be ordered via WhatsApp or Facebook Message at least 2 days prior to the delivery date.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please double-check the recipient's name, contact number, and full address before completing checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or refusal to receive, additional re-delivery charges may apply. We are unable to issue refunds for such cases once the order has been dispatched.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before delivery arrangements have been made. Processing and handling fees may apply for cancellations. To cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 018-2618219 or email hello@50gram.com.my.
