Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available within Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley with daily cutoffs: 5pm Mon-Fri, 1pm Sat, 1pm Sun.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Yes. Select your preferred delivery date at checkout. We accept orders up to 365 days in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Touch n Go eWallet, GrabPay and other major Malaysian payment methods at checkout.
Can I include a personalised card message?

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
